what we can provide

The following list is a great way to start thinking of the wide variety of things we can assist you with on a regular basis. This can free up the time of you and your team to dedicate to planning and managing the club's daily operations and upcoming projects. We can create specialised design for your innovative ideas to the standard expected of your current and prospective members, along with the other income earning aspects of your specific club, such as function areas, hospitality venues, pro shop operations and more.

Interior signs can lift the inside of a clubhouse by displaying course records, historical memorabilia but can also extend to implementing a way-finding or directional signage system (think ammenities, door titles, arrows) through to creative wallpaper printed with a repeating club logo or having frosted vinyl applied in a branded style to the inside of windows and glass doors to create privacy.

Members and guests love "putting a face to a name" and staff bios for the entire team or just the coaching staff are always a nice touch.

Exterior signs are abundant in golf related businesses but particularly for golf clubs. These could include advertising billboards facing the street, sponsor signs, sponsor tee box signs, temporary repair and safety signs, through to on-course directions, maps, car park signs and general directional signs. Having a system developed where signs follow a pre-determined style can help to minimise future graphic design time and can create that cohesive look throughout the premises and course that members and guests will appreciate.

The first impression of a prospective new member is through the design and printing (if not digital) of the club information document and the application form/s. This can extend through to printed membership cards (if used) and durable bag tags. These items should be created in-line with the club's status or branding whether formal, traditional or contemporary in design.

Well designed and thought out everyday items such as social golf score cards, maps and local rules go a long way to creating a lasting impression with guests and social golfers who may be considering membership. Providing items such as ball markers free of charge for courses with green fees at the top end of the scale is a memorable and thoughtful keepsake and will be highly regarded amongst golfers. Having a digital display with the day's course conditions is also an easy to implement way of communicating the day's cart use, preferred lie rules or bunkers being treated as GUR. This can also be created with detachable magnetic or sliding signs for clubs wishing to use digital displays.

club/organisation branding

For clubs or golf establishments who already have a great logo (or one of historical significance), we can create a branding guidelines document which outlines the formatting of club documents (eg font use) through to colour code breakdowns for various uses, and how stationery, signs, apparel, uniforms and other collateral is recommended to be created to create consistency throughout the organisation.

pro shop

Pro shops serve many purposes from handling check-ins, bookings, broadcasting starts, through to the sale of equipment and accessories. With some pro shops being managed in-house and some contracted out, we understand the complexities of displaying consistent branding or for contracted pro shops potentially using their own brand. We can assist in many ways by designing apparel and merchandise (polo shirts, ball markers, pitch mark repair tools, towels, head covers etc) to be placed on sale through to retail and point of sale displays in printed or digital forms. Coaching and golf lesson collateral can also be created to attract members or attract external golfers through flyers, social media, social campaigns, Google Ads and many more.

Marketing collateral can be broken up into digital and printed. It may include the design of social media collateral, vehicle wraps, EDMs, through to social media campaigns, Google Ads and even taking on your entire social media portfolio with our digital approval system. Promotion of the food outlet, upcoming gigs and events, the gaming area, functions facility, pro shop services, club fittings through to general golf requires a strategy and planning. We can assist with almost anything and our aim is to ensure that your organisation reaches its goals and makes its required budget.

Having staff uniforms designed can be a breath of fresh air for a golf organisation and does wonders for staff morale. We can design uniforms and apparel for everyone from greenskeepers needing to stay warm and dry on cold winter mornings, through to pro shop staff, the office team, gaming area and functions team.

food, hospitality and functions

Keeping the food outlet of a golf club bustling is important to make budgets and provide a great experience for patrons. We can assist with designing the look of your menus, signs, table talkers, digital promotional screens, point of sale screens, menu boards, coasters through to your napkins! We keep things simple for our package clients. If your monthly marketing/design time is exceeded, we simply take it off the following month. If you don’t use all of it, we simply roll it over to the following month.

We use state-of-the-art studio software that tracks your budgeted time and this allows us to better tailor your package to the approximate amount of time per month for your requirements. We invoice monthly and let you know how much time you have in surplus or arrears to assist you plan for new projects and to keep your yearly budget on track.

Our studio management software has a breakdown of exactly which projects your budgeted time was used for so you can monitor the usage and allocate to respective departments as required.
