What platform should I be on? This is a great question and one we get asked a lot!

And we hate to break it to you but there’s no right or wrong answer. Soz!

Really, when it comes to selecting what social media platform/s your business should be on is all down to

who your target audience is and where they spend most of their time?

If you’re a B2B, then LinkedIn is a great option along with Facebook. B2C do better on things like Insta, Facebook and Snapchat.

Ultimately, you want to meet your target audience on the social platforms they use (and if that means you have to learn Snapchat or Instagram, then do it! Don’t be an ostrich. Refusing to post on a certain platform because you don’t know how to use it is not acceptable, you’ll need to learn!)

Ensure your language, tone, content and call to action are in line with that platform, and are engaging, entertaining and valuable to your target audience.

And that’s all there is to it! Know who your target audience is, find out where they spend their time and meet them there!
