e-commerce

We have the ability to build an e-commerce component into your site. This will continue the style and look of the other part of the website. It is built using a CMS (content management system) which allows you access to be able to make changes to the price, description, images, add products and much more. Whilst having a e-commerce component is desirable and for some businesses a necessity, there is normally an in-house human resource requirement, depending on the size of the store and number of products available, to ensure inventory levels are kept up to date along with SEO on individual products and many more factors. Websites can now have access built in for clients who may wish to make changes to text, images, links and general information. We will ensure that we provide access only to components which will not harm the site, should an error be made, and can also minimise the impact client changes can make to your SEO technical score. This ensures that your Google ranking is maintained after making changes. A backup to an earlier version of your website is also programmed automatically so that if you ever wish to go back to an earlier version, this can be done by getting in contact with us.

content management system (CMS)

If you wish to write and publish your own blogs, articles, news stories, team profiles, events, and more, we can build select pages with a CMS. This will allow you to publish new pages on your website using a template we build. Regular updates are now an integral part of determining where your website ranks in Google and this is a fantastic and straight forward way to accomplish this.

Dynamic content is content which is sourced from a database such as a CMS (mentioned above). Dynamic content ensures that the website user is delivered the most up to date content available from a library or collection from internal or external sources which can be managed by the client. Traditionally web pages with dynamic content are blog or articles pages. These pages pull data or information from a source and then publish it in a pre-designed format ensuring the page has the same look and style of the website. We have been heavily developing many uses for this type of web design to enable our clients to be able to create, update, archive or delete pages of content along with the appropriate menu items in what we believe to be the most user friendly backend in the industry. No longer do you have to have a Wordpress site to enjoy this level of freedom to create content at will and on-demand.

Downloadable content can be added to your website and accessed via a button, menu item, banner or other method. Content can also be accessed via link only.

qr codes

With the arrival of Covid-19 in 2020, QR codes became widely used. If you have pages on your website, downloadable content or anything accessed via a website address, we can create a QR code for you to use in print advertising, signs, posters and anything else you can think of. If you are a cafe, why not place a QR code on your tables with your current menu. It saves you needing to reprint them when changes are made and allows you to be make regular changes without the expense or time normally associated with creating menus.

We offer web hosting to suit the size of your website and the features (such as CMS and editor access). We use a third party to manage your domain name (and things like your emails) which ensures that if you ever have a need to use another agency to build a new website for you, it will be held by an independent third party so those difficult conversations don't have to be made!

Whilst we can build a website for you which will allow you access to things you may wish to change or update, we also offer a full management service. This makes it super simple to make updates which could be new text, images, entire pages or things like events or adding articles. Simply email the changes over and we will confirm with you the timeframe required and then schedule and make the relevant edits. We will then inform you when complete so you can check it off your list. This also guarantees that the changes you make do not negatively impact your SEO technical score.

A report is given along with detailed information on the work completed after each session so you have complete transparency.
